My first son is almost 7 months, and I just found out that I'm pregnant with my second child. The very few people that my husband and I have told have done nothing but lecture us about how irresponsible we are. I know the timing could be better, but hearing only negative things is making it difficult to be excited about this miracle. Telling them that the negativity isn't welcome hasn't changed anything. What else can we do to let them know that we don't want to hear such things without simply not speaking to them? These are our nearest and dearest friends, and people whom we never imagined would react this way. It's disheartening.

If its any comfort , same this happened to us and in the end it is the most amazing sibling relationship ever! I'd do it all over again given the choice. They will get over it but the best thing to do is just accept it yourself and not worry about everyone else ... They will come around.. Who can't love a new baby ;)

Thank you! My husband and I know it will be tough, but can't help but look forward to our children being so close in age! My sister and I are 3 years apart and have been lucky enough to be best friends our whole lives, and I want the same for my children. It's such a rewarding relationship.

U are only I have six and this is my seventh child but i simply send everybody to hell cause it's my body it's take care if them with my husband and when I'm in need don't nobody do anything to help me so hunny as long as u and ur hubby happy f*** what everybody else has to say oh my baby is only 8 months and I'm seven months already so I'll give birth before her turns one lol

I'm having my four nd last baby boy ?my second son is 2yrs old nd my three son is 1 yrs old nd I'm 23 weeks pregnant though my boys were planned my family is always telling me that we r crazy for wanted our boys close in age I just ignore them nd tell them that thy r Not supporting us our paying my bills so they have no right to say anything ?my boys get along so we'll they do everything together it's amazing ?it's hard at times cus I'm a non stop mom with theses haper boys but I love it . Congrats mommy nd keep ur head up All babies r a blessing no matter if they r planned or not ?
