This might sound stupid but can anyone tell me why you get implantation pains pulling sensation on either sides and not in the middle where your uterus is???

I felt it on both sides and middle 2-3 days ago and got my positive today

I just had some light cramping. Tested positive a couple of days later.

Because it all depends ehere at in your uterus the baby implants !!
