I could use some tri-cel tips if anyone has any. I heard thats the biggest muscle in your arms but I cant seem to target them. When im not flexing my arms look thin I want to get that sculpted look without trying to make them pop.
Thanks pp! Im seriously so flattered because I never get a chance to show these bad boys off lmbo.
Thanks mommyto3! Im not too sure really. But more or less a a year and a half. I have been going to the gym for 2 years and the first 6 months I just did the elliptical then started consistently experimenting with different upper body machines. I think free weights are more popular now, some say better because you use your whole body where machines just target certain ones. In some ways I wish I would have done that but without a trainer or anything I didnt feel comfortable. And im still happy with my progress. I still have some weight on my mid section and wobbly knees while doing squats though. I thought upper body was hard but I find weighted squats are kicking my butt. I just want to gain some muscles on my legs because all the elliptical did for that was just make them a little smaller.
Thanks again for all the nice comments it really means alot. I just had a chance to get back , @imsorry I do a little bit of everything but mostly saw the most impact using the assited pull up machine. I put the weight on 25lbs so minus my weight 145 thats like pulling up my body weight if I was 125. These were so hard at first I could barely do 10 with 50lbs of assistance at first. I just kept pushing myself and reminding myself its not supposed to feel good lol. But it does after because you feel like you challenged yourself and grew stronger. I can only make it to the gym 3x a week but try to make the most of it. I do 50 reps of those, and 50 latpulls using 70 lbs but started at 45lb originally. What worked for me was starting using resistance I felt was difficult but do-able and after a month or so increase the weight and do less reps.I also do bicep curls and shoulder presses. I do this all in a half hour then use the other 35 min on the elliptical at an incline and using my arms on that toned them up. You can message me anytime if you have any more questions Id be happy to help!
