Need Advice.

For the past week ive been having sleepless nights im currently 29wks 2 days and also for the past week while im awake i have hot flushes then cold flushes then i cant get warm again. I know its part and parcel of being pregnant but when i had my hot flush yesterday i spewed into the gutter while i was waiting on SO, its the first time ive spewed cause of a hot flush... what can i do to help these hot/cold flushes?
