I'm -4kg at 20 weeks, cheers 16 weeks of morning sickness! Interested to see how I go now that I'm not throwing up every night. I'll be sticking to a healthy diet as best I can and hope to only gain the 11-15kg recommended for my BMI.
Start weight 63, current weight 59. I was down to 58 but gained 1kg ?
I also lost weight during the first trimester, and gained later on. But in total I only gained 19lbs. Everyone is different, but if your doctor isn't concerned I wouldn't worry about it.
With both my kids I lost a significant amount of weight and never quite made it back to beginning weight (short by a couple pounds). This one is shaping up to be the same. However I've got plenty of excess weight to spare so that makes a difference.
It all in how you gain it more than the exact number.
I started off at 70kgs went up to 75kgs went down to 74kgs back up to 75kgs then to 80kgs then back down to 77kgs. Im glad im not the only person who has gone from different weight gains throughout their pregnancy
At the beginning due to ms people tend to lose weight, they start gaining it back again later during 2nd tri. Then the heartburn, acid reflux, heaviness might cause the woman to eat less and she might actually lose some weight.
It different for everyone, as long as your baby is growing and you are feeling fine, i believe its normal.

70-80 is a big gap?
I've gone from 53.5 to 64 at the min I'm 32 weeks. I stayed the same roughly between 20-26/27 weeks then it's jumped up since then.

My weight fluctuated.
I started off being 291 pounds. (horrible weight)
During my first trimester I went down to 274.
I ended my pregnancy at 288
(Of course now I'm 262)

So it is normal to have your weight go up and down?
