Weigh in week 9
Ok so after another couple rough weekends BBQs and such, I gave it my all and did my cardio 6 days per week, last week 7. I'm down 3.6 lbs for an overall 45 lbs. I'm very happy with that. I will continue to cook healthy meals and stay active. 15 more lbs to my next goal of 60 lbs lost. Here we go! Funny how we are all still on the same page. Back at it together! ?

That is awesome! I'm down 31 lbs PP, but would really like to lose another 40-60.

Courtney that's excellent!
Michelle believe me I'm sweating my ass of lol literally. I don't think I've ever tried so hard or done so much cardio. I also attribute the weight loss to mostly vegetarian eating and lean meats. I also eat pretty clean I don't eat many processed foods. I finally figured myself out. I don't count calories anymore either- I needed that in the beginning and still make reference to it when dining out etc. Now... if I could just have a few bland weekends at home maybe I could hit 50 lbs! I'm only 4 lbs away from my pp weight, but still so much left to lose.
Ty Nikki, ty so much for our group. I swear the food pics and checking in w u ladies truly helps me. And it really seems like when we all fall its together ?

Ty so much! Hey, would you mind sharing the recipe for your lactation smoothie? I need the measurements and the last thing I need to buy is brewers yeast. I got the coconut milk and ground flax seed today ?made my overnight oats with them plus peanut butter cocoa powder and a scoop of vanilla protein powder.

Unfortunately I just kinda eyeball the amounts. But I do a heaping tablespoon of flaxseed, peanut butter and cocoa powder (because I'm a chocoholic) but quite a bit of coconut milk, because the consistency will be very thick with the oats included in all of that. Sorry I cant be more help! But with a few trials you will have it down! Good luck!
