I have the medela manual pump. I like it. Can't compare it to another though. But since I have a PISA it's convenient bc all the parts work together. I use both on a daily basis. The manual is good for overnight so I don't have to get ready. I just quickly pump and put the whole thing in the fridge till the next time. I use it when the baby is fussy but I need to quickly get some milk out before I start leaking. It's also good for outings.

I have the Lansinoh. I do like the pump, but find a few issues. Part of it is difficult to clean even with a nipple/straw brush. Also, I have not found replacement duckbill valves for it yet. I also have nothing to compare it to.

I have Medela and evenflo manuals and I prefer the evenflo, it's harder to wash but I feel like I'm in more control then with the Medela. Sometimes I will use both at the same time lol.

I absolutely hated my electric pump! I was constantly only getting 1-1.5 oz each pump. I was at the point where I was starting to feel like I was gonna have to give up. I tried all the tips and tricks and nothing seemed to work. I then ran to the store as my last and final hope of pumping and went and got the EVENFLO manual pump, and let me just say I am beyond happy I did!! I now am getting 4+ oz almost every time I pump now! It is super easy to use! I personally am thrilled with my evenflo manual pump!
