Ok... it was really hard for me to post this pic (super over weight still swollen and no eyebrows lol). I took it post work out at 9w pp. I figured I should have some before pictures. I am now almost 11w p and down 17lbs. I am sticking my neck out there bc- hey you guys did too lol. I feel miserable. After 7 years of unexplained infertility we spontaneously conceived right after I gained 30 lbs after injuring my ankle when I fell down some stairs. During my pregnancy I ate pretty well, but I didn't diet. I didn't give into cravings daily though, more so weekly. I gained about 45lbs. So in total I need to lose 75. I'd like to lose more lol. For now I'm starting with the 30, bc like if1.... I can't buy a whole new wardrobe! I'm 34 and a ftm. I've been eating extremely healthy for a few consecutive days now and walking again. Which is why it's funny you started this group. Perfect timing! Let's do this ladies. If you don't already know- I'm jess!

Yay Jess! I am proud of you for taking the steps to become a better you! It does sound daunting when we say our goals out loud sometimes. I need to be down 30 pounds in six months or I face negative repercussions at work. But I also believe that making smaller goals to start with is so much better. My immediate goal is 15 pounds, and I'm rewarding myself with a new tattoo! I am getting dressed now to go on a run and then take my littlest one out for a walk.

Thanks Nikki! Now that's an awesome reward! We are hoping the pouring rain lets up. I'm dressed now waiting for it to clear. I wouldn't mind so much if it was just me, but I don't think it's a good idea to walk Jude in thunder n lightening ?

You can do it Jess!!! I got about 60 lbs to lose. Glad we all have this group for support and motivation!! Can't wait to hear and see the progress!!
