Dark beer for lactation
I'm generally a wine drinker, but as some of you know I do just about anything to keep my supply up for my son. I'm thinking about trying some dark beer. I've never been fond of dark beer, but I'll give it another try since now there's a real purpose. Can anyone recommend one they like the taste of? A favorite your SO drinks? I need ideas ? thank you!

I'm from CO, and we have tons of great microbreweries here and the hubs loves good beer. Some of my favorite dark options are Left Hand Milk Stout, Avery Ellie's Brown (a touch lighter), and Breckinridge Vanilla Porter. I would think those are all available in big liquor stores throughout the US; they're all pretty large breweries.

Oh and a tip if you're not a dark beer person that I learned at the Guinness factory in Dublin--they're less bitter and smoother if you take bigger drinks, not just tiny sips. It sounds weird but it makes a serious difference in the taste!

Any malt beer will work as well like Smirnoff. I honestly found more of an increase with Smirnoff ice then with the blue moon oatmeal Stout or Guinness

More power to y'all drinking the dark beer. I've tried everything in our liquor store, now we're broke with a fridge full of beer that I can't even give away.
Have you tried mother milk tea (I think that's the name) I HAVE to drink a cup or 2 a day.
