I don't see anything fx

I feel like I see the lightest line and I inverted it and could see it a little better! When is AF due for you?

Am I going crazy??? Haha am I seeing things??? 12dpo I've had brown / pink discharge on and off for 3-4 days on 7dpo-9dpo, one afternoon of clear watery discharge, feeling very spaced out and had a few dizzy spells, one sore nipple for a few days, blue veins on my breasts, eating sooo much maybe I'm seeing overthinking????? Also peeing in the night which is very unusual for meWhat do you think xx
