Pregnancy after Lletz procedure

Hello I'm just wondering if any mums on here who have had a Lletz procedure on their cervix have had any problems later in pregnancy at all as their cervix is weakened and have had their babies earlier??? I had a Lletz procedure only months before falling pregnant and am thinking maybe I need to be prepared earlier for the arrival of Bub??? I'm 27w today xx
