Pick out some awesome music. Like the stuff that pumps you up. Make a playlist.. There is a wall that you can hit.. You kind of have to push through it. Also some people just don't like running/aren't runners. my sister for example Hates it no matter how much she tried. Gl :-)
I totally agree with lisam! Make a playlist that you love so you are excited to get out there. I have also found that listening to podcasts and books on tape really make me want o run, especially if I only listen to them while I run so I am ready to get to the next chapter, etc. I find that I have that exact place that lisam is talking about that I have to push through and once I am through that I feel like I could run forever. And she is right about some people just not liking running, my BFF hates it even when she is in shape and capable of running really well.
