Anyone have blue lips all day and turned out they were fine? I hate to drive 40 minutes to the hospital only to be told it's normal. Anytime I call for advice my OB just says go to ER. So I do t want to waste my time

Try hydrating your lips with coconut oil or lip balm . Could be because your cold / body oxygen is a little low just try to stay bundled ???

@monvidda I have been drinking all day and staying inside where it has been warm. I normally don't use anything for my lips as they don't get dry, even now they feel ok. But I will give that a try right now. I really appreciate the advice!

That usually means your lacking oxygen.

Thanks ladies. Once I came home, I took a bath and laid down and my lips returned to normal color. I think my body is telling me to settle down:( I notice myself running out of breath when ever I get overactive
