This heat out here is ridiculous!

We are having a heat wave in So Cal too and it's horrible. I've been drinking Gatorade because it the only way I've been able to keep hydrated. If you can't keep anything down its best if you go to the hospital.

Yes! I live in SoCal area and it's so hot!!! It doesn't help that the humidity reaches up to 80-90% ?

oh man...I'm in Sac & it's been killer here this week with the heat too... I've been so miserable. I keep telling myself at least I'm not in the third trimester trying to survive this heat

& have you tried adding a little citrus to your water? it's been helping a little for me. sometimes I have to alternate water and sprite to get a little carbonation to help the nausea.

@shay oh man!! So cal is way too hot for me I couldn't do it! But yes I'm able to keep food and liquids down now!

@kings I know it's hot in sac! My mom lives out there I'm not crazy about visiting her out there hahah the weather is too much for me! Right now I'm not able to keep any fruit down at all. Anything fruity comes right back up

I live in Fairfield and I've had a headache everyday since Friday. I've been drinking a lot of water but I would even wake up wth a headache. Fortunately they said it should start cooling off soon.

@erin oh wow I know you're suffering out there! I'm in Oakland and it's cooler out here than in Fairfield! But yea this week it's supposed to cool down to like the 70s out here at least
