Sorry. A bit tmi bv experiences?
Hey so I just finished taking pills for having bacterial vagnoisis (sp?) and wondering if it was causing me not to be able to conceive again this far. Anyone have any experience with Bv? Sorry if not right group to post this about but been ttc since after mmc in February 2017.

Bv can increase infertility as well as the chance miscarriage. I think only your doc will know whether or not it was the actual cause of you not conceiving. I've just read it increase the risk.

I’ve had BV off and on for the past year since my last miscarriage and have not conceived yet.. so that could be the cause I never knew it had anything to do with infertility ?

I’ve had bv once and I got pregnant with my daughter about a year after (when I actually tried). I have constant utis, and i didn’t have a problem getting pregnant with my daughter. Along with unicornuate uterus.

I guess there are no clear answers. I believe I had those and/or constant yeast infections that did not have classic symptoms. It went on for around a year or so. I used boric acid to cure it which worked well and fast. I did have 2 mc after this and then a healthy baby. But I also had two more mc after her and no above issues anymore.
I highly recommend boric acid. I would put it in gel capsules. Usually one or two would do the trick within hours. Just make sure you wash your hands very well and keep the powder contained.
