Hey I had a missed miscarriage in February (found out January 26 but waited until February 6 to take misoprotol as I was moving) and I been trying again since then but having no luck and wondering why? I didn't get a follow up after I took misprotol could that be a cause that something needs to get checked out? I'm just dying for my rainbow ?

It can take a healthy couple with no problems up to 12 months to conceive, I miscarried my last pregnancy (4th miscarriage) in September and I'm still not pregnant although I only have one tube due to a previous ectopic. I wouldn't worry too much just yet
