Those are fertile days as well !! In my opinion, those days are the best as sperm has a traveling time.. It takes hours for sperm to travel !! And its always better to have them wsiting rsther than on the way !!! Once your temp spikes higher than previous six , it means the egg has been released.. And that egg will travel down the fallopian tube while awaiting for fertilization for an additional 24 hours. So bding at 1dpo is beneficial too... Its a small chance but one worth taking !!
