Blood Pressure Has Been High All Day Doc Was Concerned I May Have Preeclampsia But Won't Know For Sure until he tests me on Mon. I'm 37 weeks and right now my head is pounding, I have blurry vision and feel completely out of it! Should I go to the hospital?

Yes go to the ER! Im actually at hight risk because of my extremely high blood pressure. And the doctor never told me I was dehydrated but I found out when I went to the ER. They may tell you alot more things than your OB can.
