Depends what your symptoms are and your doctor really , some obs recommend different things. Tylenol is always ok , my ob allowed plain rubatussin and sudafed. Your ob should have an answering service for after hours if you call.

I came down with a cold these last few days and I'm 6 weeks, the dr said Tylenol and nasal spray, but everything else at this time isn't too good for the baby. But honestly best rest lots of fluids is what's helped the most
