Hi sallee. May sound stupid but I don't know how to see this chart. Also, the basal body temperature do u use those ear digital thermometer or mouth type?

Mouth type. The cervical position is cp on the chart and the green blocks are high soft open. Mine was that way awhile before ovulation.

Hehe... really quite complicated to understand. I'll just keep it simple=) thanks for the info sallee. Do u check ur cervix after preggo? Curious what it'll be like=)

For me it's been pretty high still and medium to firm and closed. I have to insert progesterone twice a day so I can feel it.
