@bigmama18, they dont have to fast, it’s their choice if they feel like they can handle it and don’t fear for their child then by all means. I’m not fasting cus I’m high risk and have Gestation diabetes and have to inject insulin 4 times a day. But my cousin always fast while pregnant and her baby is perfectly healthy!

@bigmama18 yes it's actually everything that @haneefsmommy said and I feel totally fine when I fast. I also got the pass to fast from my doula and nurse as well they said listen to my body and if i can handle it i can fast
