Close?

I had my 37 week check up today. I am high risk since I have gestational diabetes. My uterus is measuring 41 weeks! I'm dialated to 3cm and 50% effaced. During my nst I was having contractions about every 5 mins. My dr said had I been a 5 I would be in l&d! She said I could definitely have this baby in the next day or 2 and she does not see me making it to next week. I really hope so my back is killing me and I have so much pressure in my vagina! I guess I'm waiting for my water to break or the contractions to get unbearable to go in!
