Nipple is much bigger

I didn't see much difference in the nipple but it is bigger and the shield was a lot bigger.

I've never noticed much of a difference between newborn and 0-6 month sizes? I guess, I'd have to put them side by side; I know we bought both. Even if there is a difference, it doesn't mean you can't use a 0-6 month for a newborn. My son was using the 6+ month size at 4 months, because he couldn't hold a suction on the smaller ones anymore.

I see the newborn pacifier has an insert that says it's recommended up to 2 months; my LO just has trouble keeping suction on it without sucking in air. He's 8 weeks.

I wasn't sure if I should bother getting the 0-6 since I wasn't sure if nipple was any longer.

I know my ds would gag on the bigger ones when he was smaller. So there was definitely a difference for him.

Yes my son used the newborn size. He was so small already anyways. Size really dose vary depending on your child. I never ended up going up a size anyway because he stopped taking It at 2 months.

I thought my DS was using the newborn ones but he was using 6+ ones! And he was already tiny and 3 weeks early! Someone bought them as a shower gift and when we got home everything was so hectic I didn't even think to check the size on the pacis. I went and bought him the 0-6 month ones the other day and he wouldn't take them at all. He loves the big one.
