Thank you guys soo much. The problem is i get super motivated for liked a month or two and then life happens and I completely stop going to the gym for like two or three weeks at a time and start eating like shattt!! And it takes me a full week to get myself back on track ??‍♀️ I need to not fall off the wagon! Which is exactly why I joined this group. We can do this guys. Summer is right around the corner ??
