Growing up, I had a golden retriever named Livie. ? The name can definitely stand alone. My 2yr old goes to daycare with a Livvy Brielle. I think it’s really unique and pretty. I’d spell it Livy.

Lily and Livvy I think are ok, but too close as stand alone names.
