Today I got release from the hospital but they had to keep my baby due to jaundice ☹️ idk how long it takes to go away , nor any information about it . All I know is that I want my baby home with me ? I'm hoping her next blood work comes out ok so she can be discharge tomorrow because I'm missing her terribly ? any other moms have experience this ? If they have how did it go with you and how many days your baby had to stay in the hospital ? . ?

My son had it when he wad born. He was under the light for 24hrs then the next day he was in the room with me. I told the hospital i wasn't leaving without my baby

I was sent home with the light, and had to rent it for 5 days. Maybe you can ask about renting the light to have her home.

I just called and they told me that it went down . They are gonna repeat her blood work at 6am and if is still low they will discharge her ?? praying that it goes down so I can bring her home ??
