I think it's true at least it has been for both of my pregnancies. With my daughter, her father could care less if I even ate or not. I used to beg him to sometimes pick me up when it was freezing cold and snowing and he would flat out refuse.
With this pregnancy, his dad says that he cares but has shown me the complete opposite although he tries here and there but I think that he only does something when it suits him.

Yes I think it’s true as well. But at the same time I feel like a person will show you who they truly are at multiple points in a relationship, but sometimes instead of taking head the benefit of the doubt is given and then when stuff hits the fan all those small instances pop up in your head and you wonder why you didn’t listen to the warnings then.
I’ve also heard of cases where men are great and supportive the whole pregnancy and then disappear once baby comes

It depends. Don't think my Oh understood in the first pregnancy how hard it is. He really stepped up after baby was born and got stuck in helping out. I think he was traumatised from the birth though and thought he had nearly lost us both at one point!
This time around he has been more helpful without much asking but I am also in more pain this time around.
The important thing is that he was there when I needed him most

I don't think this is true. My reasons for thinking this are that men go through pregnancy symptoms as well. They can go through depression and have food cravings.
Men do not have a living person inside of them, they dont get the joy of feeling the baby live inside them. Most men dont even get any connection to their child until that baby is in their arms. Thats when it becomes real for them.
Idk about everyone else's relationship but my husband and I have been through 2 births and have suffered 2 loses we are currently on daughter #3. There were high and lows points in all 5 pregnancies.
In the end he is the most wonderful man even on his bad days

I think it’s true. I think when we’re pregnant we rely on our partners a lot more than we would if we weren’t pregnant. We struggle and if a guy respects and loves you he should be there for you in your time of need. Just as he would expect from you. X

Definitely agree. I think at first you have to give them some time to let it sink in especially when he is young or its his first baby. Men dont handle their emotions like we do lol but after a while if he continues to mistreat u, or make slick remarks about the pregnancy he is showing u how its gonna be from here on out. Once the baby is born he will REALLY show u. ?? my husband has been the best from beginning to end except always tryin to tell me what to do. But he always does that and i never listen ?? i just tell him support me im not asking for advice just support.

I somewhat agree! My hubby has been wonderful before and during my pregnancy!!! He's been even more helpful to me and the kids... Cleaning the house... Cooking... Getting Teagan's nursery together and everything else!!! I'm blessed to say the least but it has been that way before just even more during!!
