Tomorrow I will be finding out the gender of my rainbow baby. I will be 17 weeks and 2 days and I want to ask the lady that will do the sonogram that I want to go in first by my self and hear the babies heartbeat and then call up the family ( which they all gonna go because we are gonna pay for a private sonogram) is it weird if I do that ? I go to all my apps alone and also sonograms because I'm scare of something bad happening . I need some comfort ?

i don't think that's weird! i've had a loss before and am petrified of it happening again so i would want to be by myself initially just in case.

Thank you for understanding. I am really scared I don't want to look like an idiot doing that. I also have a Doppler at home which I can check but still i just can't imagine losing this baby since it has been the furthest I have been in any of the other pregnancies

Im guessing its different everywhere but every time ive gone for an ultrasound with any of my pregnancies theyve had me go in first where they do all the measuring and what not, then they call any family in after so i akready had the first chance to see everything
