It gets better. I promise. Just a couple more weeks. Hang in there.
You both are getting to know each other.
My dd liked when I put a youtube clip of a vacuum cleaner and rocked her vigorously. Like I'm talking moving your body back and forward like ur at a rave (but hold her tight to your body so her body is stable) .
As pps said, she might be gassy, u can try bicycle legs. I also found that if u put her in her car seat and put that on the dryer it helps a lot. (Make sure u stand in front of it and hold the car seat stable so it doesn't fall)
I'm gonna try all these techniques. I have my first pediatrician appointment on Friday... I will ask a lot of questions. I'm just scared to do things right. I can't sleep because I need to see she's breathing all time. She's healthy... but I'm so scared of everything around her. She's pooping a lot and has enough wet diapers. But she seems o be hungry all the time. And I'm exhausted. Sorry for my grammar... I can't function
If your milk hasn't come in she could be cluster feeding to helping bring your milk in and also if it has to build your supply. First few weeks are rough but trust us it really does get better you will get a handle on things just remember they aren't as fragile as we think. So as long as her basic needs are met then don't panic if she cries you will figure each other out in time
My baby is 8 weeks. I remember the first week... it was so hard. I was so exhausted all the time, and that lead to being so emotional on top of all the horomones.
Be easy on yourself and don't be afraid to ask for help. I feel your pain, I promise it gets easier.
Some things that worked for me:
-Colic Calm - all natural herbal remedy found at pharmacy
-Skin to skin!!!
-Swaddling baby when they sleep
-Creating a very simple routine. I realized DD couldn't be up any longer than 1.5 hours without getting cranky. So when she wakes up, first I change her diaper, then she eats, then I make sure she's burped enough, then we bond/cuddle/play for 10-15 minutes (age depending), then back down to sleep. This step by step plan helped me stay calm and I was better able to predict what DD needed.
Good luck, Mama. It gets easier. You're doing great, don't worry.

White noise. Download the app white noise. It has a bunch of different sounds and "white noises". DD hates white noise but loves pink noise.
Baby wear. Skin to skin.
Download the app feed baby it will help you keep track of everything. As long as LO hits their diaper count theyre getting enough.
Try going outside. Even if it's just to stand.
DD loved the bathroom fan.

I agree with the side nursing and gas! Also, do you have a wrap you can baby wear her in? Babywearing saved my life!

This is very normal, unfortunately. Try to have dh take baby so you can sleep. I napped at 5:30 every night when dh got home.
Your baby is trying to adjust to life outside the womb. It's now loud, lots of smells, can't hear mom 24/7. Etc etc etc. Please read 4th trimester so you can understand better what's going on. http://www.babycentre.co.uk/a25019365/your-baby-and-the-fourth-trimester
It's also normal to question if baby is getting enough. I found it very stressful but I promise it gets easier.
As long as baby has enough wet diapers, that's what will help you gauge. You are most likely nursing 12 times a day and that's normal.
