back pain, hips ache and woke up with headache
38w 5days ::: I need to know if any of you ladies have experienced this and if it was pre labor, labor ect. Ect. I woke up about an hour ago and basically my lower back is achy and gets worse at times and let's up. My mid and lower back ache constantly just not uncomfortable. Also my hips are feeling sore as if i overextended or been kicked in them regardless of switching sides (I side lay). My stomach is empty and I know I should eat, but I'm not feeling the urge to...

I’d call the nurse maybe? I had head aches that were persistent with both my pregnancies at the end and it’s a sign you could be developing pre eclampsia

Sounds exactly like back labor to me.

I don't think it is preeclampsia, I haven't really swelled severely and my BP has been perfect this entire pregnancy.

I would try to get things going. With my first I had back labor. It was a really achy feeling in the beginning like you're describing and got worse through out the day and then later that evening I lost my mucus plug.

Update: I was active all dang day cleaning, walking and dancing. had a couple contractions and still radiating back pain and now 12 hours later no labor and I am physically/mentally dead. ?
