Overwhelmed with fear
Is it normal for new moms to feel like something is always wrong with there baby? My son is 3 days old and last night was the first night out of the hospital and I freaked out that something was wrong with him. I thought he was getting sick cuz he was really warm but no fever. It's overwhelming knowing I don't have nurses around anymore. I hope I'm not the only one that feels this way about there baby.

Unfortunately, yes. And you will feel this way for the.rest.of.your.life now! So scary but true.

Totally normal. As for the warmth thing the rule they give you about dressing your baby is not true for all babies. (Whatever your wearing put baby in an extra layer) no. My baby runs on hot and she gets too warm and then shes mad/cranky. I could be freezing and shes just fine. Just stay positive, most things you'll experience are completely normal!

Totally normal! My baby will be 6 weeks on Friday and still I feel like anything is always something.. doctors get annoyed and give me attitude like "duh their babies that's how they are" .. well everything I've done "by the book or what others tell me to do" results in a problem.. for example swaddling or like was said earlier about extra layers of clothing .. resulted in my baby getting heat rash .. she did like the swaddling though but once I stopped she hated it when I tried again..
as for listening to my instincts and paying attention to my baby ... her coughing and wheezing and hiccuping was "normal" .. oh .. so is the baby acne? and constipation? And blood in her stool? But her weight gain is ridiculous? gtfo here.. Drs aren't always right .. I know they can be normal but I knew something was off .. Turns out she has a milk allergy ..
So don't worry! It's normal .. but it doesn't go away when you just want the best for your baby! So get used to it :)
