I totally understand you, im not dilating either ? ive tried the yoga ball exercises, being active, nesting & NOTHING!!!

If it makes you feel any better, my Dr says early dilation doesn't show much about when you go into labor. Some women walk around at 3 cm dilated for weeks, and some women will go from 0 to 7cm in a matter of hours. That's why my OB won't even check until you are admitted into the hospital and they have picked up on regular contractions for a hour or so.

I just hope I don't go past my due date cuz I'm miserable

Ladies! You want baby to cook for as long as possible! Plus dilation can change within hours!

Don't be discouraged. It's not that great of an indication of labor. When I had my second I wasn't dilated at all at my 39 week appt. 2 days later I was in labor and had baby girl in 5 hours.

I'm also due the 2nd, no dilation & a high cervix as well.
