Swelling

Is anyone else starting to swell up in different places. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I have never had swelling. Here I am with a swollen right foot and ankle. Also waking up every morning to cramps in my legs and feet. 9 more weeks. Maybe 8 or 7. My right leg has been giving me trouble for about a month now. If I go to put my leg in my pants I get flushed with pain and nerve pinching feeling at the joint on that leg only.

I suggest compression sleeves on your calves to everyone! They've helped me so much with the swelling, hopefully help me avoid varicose veins too.

I drink so much water everyday at work but work at a desk and have to get up a lot. I read about edema just hope it goes down while I got a few extra days home.

Edema is very common in the last weeks. Get your feet up over your heart to bring down the swelling. As well drink lots of water everyday you'll pee out the retained fluid.

I'm in the same boat. Both feet are swollen, ankles are gone, pelvic bone hurt, and have to use the bathroom if I walk for more then 4 minutes
