@carly, I am going to try that. I usually only snack while at work. At home all the snacks like oreos I seem to not be interested in anymore like I used to. Its food in my refrigerator that I still won't touch because it make me sick to think about.

I've started doing it now at 11 weeks. And I swear it's worse when I haven't eaten something for a while and I'm hungry. (Like in the morning when you're waking up on an empty stomach) So I'm trying to graze on healthy snacks throughout the day and not go longer periods of time without food. I keep crackers next to my bed too. See if that helps, but I'm convinced it's linked with hunger.

I'm the queen of the gag. It's actually been so bad sometimes I'll have to text people who are standing right next to me just because I can't talk without gagging.

This is the first my entire pregnancy I felt this and had gagging. It sucks. Hopefully I do not throw up. Some women are sick the entire pregnancy.

Yes , I Gag All The Time Just THINKING Of Stuff & Food . Sometimes When I Gag I Do End Up Throwing Up .. I Been Sick this entire pregnancy. But this my first week into second trimester & so far so good.
