I had a D&C on December 6th. I had an extremely light “period” January 5th-8th and started OPKs right away and my advanced OPKs have been flashing but my cheapies have been completely negative, almost no test line visible at all. The cycle I got pregnant I didn’t ovulate until CD23. With my advanced OPKs flashing, should I be ovulating soon? I don’t know when to expect to ovulate after a D&C. I’ve definitely been feeling different lately, I feel like I’ve had “ovulation pain” the last couple days with short stabbing pains on my left side. And a few days ago on CD9 I went to the bathroom and when I wiped I had bloody cm, it was just the one time I went to the bathroom, none since. It was about a quarter size of blood, I have no idea what it was from. Any ideas?

So sorry for your loss. My cycles were all over the place after my D&C. The first month after seemed pretty standard but the one right after that was 73 days. Then after that it was 43 days. It may take some time for your cycles to regulate and become less confusing. Just keep testing and watching for fertility signs. Good luck and baby dust!

Thank you. I’m sorry to hear about your loss ? I’m really impatient, I know it hasn’t been long but I’m really anxious to become pregnant again, everyone around me is pregnant and it’s driving me nuts. I wish there was a way to know for sure what day you would ovulate. ? baby dust!!

Thank you. ? I understand your frustrations 100%! It's been 8 months since my miscarriage and it stings so bad each month that passes without a BFP. I always hear temping helps pinpoint and confirm ovulation, so maybe you could try that? Hoping for the best for you!

Sorry for your lost I had a miscarriage following a d&c last year in June 2016 it took us for ever together pregnant, I got my BFP November 2017

Seems a little too early in your cycle for ovulation though not impossible. The high fertility flashing smiley on clearblue is flashing because it's detecting rises in your estrogen level.. once estrogen is at its highest and lh is detected along with it.. you'll get a peak reading..solid smiley and ovulate 12 to 36 hours later. The earlier in your cycle u test... the more flashing smiley you are likely to get. I like to just confirm with mine when my cheapies start getting dark.. and just have sex on a regular basis.

After my mc.. I had a delay in my ovulation though it still happened. I didn't have the procedure done.. I was given pregnancy inducing medication to make it happen. Cycles after mc.. no matter if it's procedure or natural.. are wonky before they regulate. It took me months to get back to normal.
