Just had my first blood draw. The nurse called me and said I’m at a 54 and didn’t say anything else. They don’t want me to come back for a second draw either. She was super short with me, this is baby #1 so I’m completely new to this and have no idea what anything means. I scheduled my first appointment for the end of November and asked if they would be doing an ultrasound then. She said “nope” I’ll be roughly 91/2 weeks at my appointment. My question is when the hell would they do my first ultrasound and when will they give me my due date? The nurse was such a b**** . ?

Honestly I’d call and ask to speak with someone else that will explain with you when your first u/s will be and why they don’t want a second blood level draw.

I live In Canada and the drs don't do ultrasounds you get sent separately. Maybe they don't want to do more blood cause you are fine. You don't need An ultrasound to date your due date anyways, the internet has tons of sites for it. You just have to enter in first day of your menstrual cycle.
