With my first two I bled for about 4 weeks. With this one the bleeding has almost stopped- Monday will be 3 weeks postpartum. I am still feeling pressure though. My uterus is still very low and causing pressure on my vagina/pelvic wall. Kegels kegels kegels.

I remember having more clots with my first two but nothing this time. I'd say it's normal but I think I remember that if they are bigger than a quarter, you should be checked out.

Yes normal for me as well also about a quarter in size. Did you get stitches? It will feel swollen and the pressure feeling for a little bit. Hopefully it easies up soon. Try an ice pack.
