Feeling him... I feel like I'm feeling him less and it frightens me. Is he is just growing and doesnt have as much room?

I've felt the same way the past couple days and have needed to do kick counts to reassure myself. I just came from an NST (not related to lack of movement) and everything was great. For me, I think it's been a mix of him running out of room, being busy so I haven't noticed as much, and the baby just having a couple lazy days.

Try kick counts, that might make you feel better. Have some water, lay down with your hands on your belly and look for 6 movements in 2hrs. It takes my little one about 20mins but you give yourself 2hrs in case you catch the baby when they are sleeping. If you don't get 6 kicks, I would go get checked out right away.

I dunno if this helps but sometime around 27-29 weeks this is a very common concern and reports of feeling less movement. It's believed that during the period of time there is possibly a huge growth spurt occurring which causes baby to sleep way more. I'm in the same boat as you feeling less movement and I found this comforting

Also if water doesn't work, get out the OJ. Usually I have an 8 ounce glass of OJ on days he isn't moving much and lay down. 30 min later that kid is on a sugar high and bouncing all around :)

This probably isn't the healthiest option but I just had a small root beer float and my baby was jumping all over for awhile ? I'm thinking anything sweet or cold should help.
If not it could be a growth spurt! Mine also likes to switch up sleep routines. It'll be quiet most of the day but if I wake up in the middle of the night I can feel loads of movement. Start tracking movements now if it'll help put your mind at ease ❤️

Was worried too....am at ease knowing we are many now, realised that the movement were lesser.I guessed the baby at this period sleeps a lot.
