I'm not in charge by any means for this little mans baby shower except helping with guest list and its turning into a disaster and almost ready to say forget the whole thing. Long story short a few people told people they were getting invited vefore I was done with the final list and now people are upset bc of it. My sister lives out of state and was just simply coming up to enjoy this time and now is all upset bc we had to cut a few people to make it down to our budget. Only 4 people going in on it. I'm sick to my stomach over it and cried all night. Opinions? What would you do?
