Work Rant...
Sorry for my rant. I'm really not sure what to do. My work is getting real bad with the gossip and drama which every medical office is like that. Long story short, rumors are flying and people,talk about me and its just a really negative environment. Rumors that people are getting laid off in the fall anyways but I have made the decision to myself that I will not go back there after maternity leave. Anyone else having issues?

Yep. I recently stepped down to a much less stressful positron and way closer to home. I start this week. But the last two weeks I had called out a couple times due to a crazy migraine and couldn't even drive, with a doctors note of course. Once I was better to go back I had 3 days at my old position at the old location but my boss advised I take 3 days pto because my absences negatively effected morale and that I wasn't welcome there... Pretty much forced out. a****** s. And 3 days of unnecessary pto I could have saved for maternity leave.

Wow that's low. I'm just flustered bc if they do lay off ill probably be the first one to go bc ill be off. I'm afraid with looking,now bc of being pregnant assuming not many people would,hire someone pregnant

I totally get that! Plus sometimes health Insurance at a new job could take months to kick in (if you have your own). Hopefully they don't cuz that would be stinky! Good luck and try to stay positive! Good vibes ~~~

I'm actually able to go under my husbands insurance. My motto is everything happens for a reason and everything will work out.
