Washing baby clothes Has anyone started washing baby clothes? I'm 25 weeks and starting to get the urge to pull off tags…

I don't wash them before. I never have.

I washed one pack of newborn onsies and one pack of 0-3 onsies and that will probably be it. I'm so nervous about her not fitting into something.

I plan on washing things about a month before. I am reusing all my daughters clothes so I have to wash since they were sitting in storage in the basement.

I just washed my baby's NB/0-3mos clothes and her all blankets last night and I'll be 28 weeks tomorrow. I like to be prepared anyway but they're gonna start monitoring her more in a few weeks due to VCI and I'd hate to go to the doc and be told to go straight to the hospital and not have clothes washed. Plus I rarely have energy to do anything nowadays so when I get the urge I usually do it or it may not get done. I'm also hoping to be able to take a few days off before she's born and I'd rather spend those days relaxing and getting pedicures than washing clothes & organizing.

I plan to only wash what I need at first. I've been told that a lot of people buy really small outfits and baby grows out of them before they could even wear them. If I can get some money back on it why not. That being said I'll probably wash all onsies and sleepers in the 0-3 and half of the newborn.

I washed all my newborn clothes. Need to do the 0-3months as well since baby boy will most likely be big.

We washed everything already ? Granted, about 85% of what we have was graciously given to us second hand from friends and family, so no chance of returning anyway!

I have a daughter already and my niece has also used the clothes so everything has been washed in the last month or 2 so I won't be rewashing. Anything new I'm getting I'm washing as I get it. I wouldn't worry about it being too early.

Not yet only because im waiting for her dresser to get delivered before so i can out them away. they are all just hanging in her closet right now. The dresser will be here sometime this month and as soon as it comes ill start washing and putting away everything i have then wash as i buy more

I hate doing laundry but I'm dying to wash baby clothes makes no sense lol but I have to wait to paint the dresser til it's not winter so I'm waiting til then to wash clothes plus we don't know what we are having so I'm just washing the gender neutral stuff from my son then I'll figure the rest out when baby comes out!

I have this weird fear that I could have a boy instead of the girl that the ultrasounds predict....weird I know, so I am ok washing all the gender neutral stuff but am scared to take tags off of size newborn or girly clothes.

Yup! All my NB and 0-3mo clothes are clean and stored away ?
