How has your blood pressure been?
So I'm getting nervous....my blood pressure has been a little higher this pregnancy than my last 3. It's been 130/70 and 132/80. I just gave birth in July and I'm still carrying an extra 30lbs from that pregnancy. I also had preeclampsia at the very end of that pregnancy. My doctors keep saying that they aren't worried about me getting pre-e again because I was a surrogate and they believed I was just allergic to the paternal gene of the baby. I am the heaviest I've ever been in my life so I don't know if that's why my bp is higher. None of my doctors have said anything about my bp but I'm constantly a nervous wreck. Anyone else having bp issues this early?

Yes-my bp looks like yours-they sent me to a high risk doc and I take labatalol (sp?) for it twice a day-so annoying lol I'm also overweight and my bp tends to fluctuate with my weight also-I've never been on bp meds till now and this is my first baby. Guess they are erring on the side of caution-I monitor it at home now and it's still ranges from the 120's to the 138's

Mine looked like this all of my last pregnancy. They just monitored it. No meds. No high risk doctor. If it had kept creeping up they probably would've done something more hands on. I read nettle leaf tea can help? I'd ask your door first though.

120/80 is Normal. You are right on track given you are pregnant. Mine is all over the place. 2 weeks ago it was 180/100 constantly this week it dropped to 102/55. My doctor is not concerned at all.

Mine has been lower than it was before my pregnancy but I don't have high blood pressure.
