Any mommy's out there who switched from concentrated to powder? If so how did your baby adjust and how has their diapers been?

I started my daughter on powdered formula this week. So far it's been going great, I haven't noticed any changes in her except the first couple bottles I found she spit up a but more.

Honestly we use both.

I have tons of ready to feed bottles that were gifted to me or on sale that we stocked up on befor Harper was born.

We also have a formula pro baby Breeza upstairs.

We use powder overnight and concentrate during the day essentially.

Babe should be fine!!

I tried powder to supplement my breastfeeding but it made him sick so we use the liquid. I don't plan on switching, even though it is crazy expensive.

Thanks for the help ladies!

Reason I asked is because we had Melinda on Similac Advanced (concentrated) since birth, even when I was breast feeding and supplemented)

Well about 10 days ago we tried a small can of the powder and at first she wasn't too sure about it but ended up taking it just fine, she seemed a little uncomfortable with it but with any change adjusting can be not go as smoothly.. Well anyway we went through that little can so fast because she takes down 8 oz. every 3 hours (with the exception of sleeping 8-10 hours straight through the night.)

I know it may have been a little too soon but we looked at the price difference when we were at Target (loyal shoppers!) and I saw the Up & Up powder, compared to Similac Advanced. Thought we would give that a try since it's crazy cheaper. She actually adjusted so well and actually better than with the actual Similac. I noticed her spitting up has stopped (never was much of that to begin with) but she took a liking to the target brand so much more! Which were very happy about since we always shop at target and our local store is right around the corner.

Only thing is and why I mainly asked the question is her poops have been a little more consistent that usual (with concentrate) and the color has changed, more of a neon-ish yellow and a little more mushy. It will be a week tomorrow that she's been on this. I know not very long and she still is getting use to it and also we probably shouldn't have introduced her to the Sim. Powder and went directly to another brand but she's been completely fine with it!

Not too worried about her poops, as her mood and everything else is completely fine. She doesn't seem bothered or fussy. Just wanted to throw that out there and see if anyone else experienced a little bit of a difference in their son/daughters stool.

We bought the biggest container they had and are saving so much money! Yay for target!!!??❤️

Sorry for the lengthy reply! ??
