So post partum Depresion is the worst....i cry all the time!!! My husband doesn't know how to handle it he just gets angry. And that makes me cry more. As I sit here on my bed pumping my little baby girl is cooing in her sleep I'm balling my eyes out because it's so darn cute and I just love her so much!! Earlier today she projectile pooped all over my blue shirt and her poop is that yellow breast milk poop...its stained I cried as I rushed her to the bathroom to clean her and I. Wasn't sure if I could take her in the shower with me so I turned the hot water on and the shower and bathes her with a wash cloth and a little soap and water. I cried while bathing her.... I cry every time my son or daughter cry ...

Mama these are baby blues. All normal. Your hormones are all over the place. I know it's overwhelming. Take it one day at a time. If after a month, you're still feeling like that, then talk to your doctor.

Baby blues are completely normal, I was crying for no reason and my SO got so worried about me, we both thought I had ppd but I'm now 18 days pp and I feel absolutely amazing, no more crying over silly things! I think mine lasted about 10 days, so it definitely gets better :)

Its normal mama.. I had baby blues the first 4 days.. I cried because my son wasn't the only child & I felt like a horrible mother.. But I talked to a very close friend of mine & I felt so much better the next day after I let all the tears & every emotions out! Maybe try that? I hope you feel better mama ?

I'm a mother of 3 but one of my babies lives with her adoptive mom and dad and I think that's why I'm like this it's hard to. I feel like a horrible mom!!

I had the same thing happen with my first. I would cry all the time for the first 2 weeks. I felt so paranoid too that something might happen to him. I was so nervous and feeling like a bad mom. The feelings eventually passed but I am definitely dreading it now waiting for #2 to arrive. I hope it will be easier this time because I'm hoping to feel more confident in my maternal skills and instincts.

Sounds like baby blues however keep an eye on it and if it lasts for more than 4 weeks and gets worse (including feeling hatred towards your kids, thoughts of hurting yourself or your kids etc.) Then definitely talk to your Dr. Can you ask someone to come help you for a bit so you can take sometime for yourself? I was like that last week (in now 8 days pp and much better) I spoke with my husband asked for help and made sure I got some rest. Hope you feel better soon and remember we have all been there ❤

Exercise helps and being outside. I started taking my newborn twins on walks daily and my blues went a way very quickly.

I had baby blues too mama! It gets better! Don't let yourself label it as depression because it's not it's just your hormones are really high right now!

It's normal at this point momma :/ just keep an eye on it! I've been crying because my daughter is 3 weeks old and she is eating 24/7. My boobs can't catch a break. If someone tries to hold her she cries, and if she's sleeping and I put her down...she wakes up crying a few minutes later. I have 2 other kids (boys) I have to take care of and all I feel like I am at this point is a cow for my daughter :/
