Lol at least it was able to come out wirhout surgery! I'm constantly removing things from kids ears, nose, and esophagus at work. Quarters, button batteries, beads, beans, anything small. Little kiddos and their creativity lol

Мама двоих (1 год, 3 года), ждёт третьего
I can only imagine how it is for @Megan ...but at least you will know what to do when the time comes for you and your little boy. This is surprisingly the first time he's done anything like this before so maybe he won't do it again we will see.

Haha I have been lucky that with two kids this has never happened! But the third is a charm right? Lol

A couple years ago my daughter shoved a sunflower seed up her nose. It was so far up there we had to go to the ER so they could get it out. Toddlers are so much fun.

Lol. Crayons are easier to get out of an ear than a jewel from a tiara that was stuffed up a nose. I sat for like 15 mins with the tweezers trying to finagle it out. Blowing her nose after several failed tweezer retrievals finally dislodged it and a few squirts of saline solution. Oh the joys of parenthood.

@megan I've heard seen really scary stuff online about those button batteries !?

@ 2017babybear they are the most frightening to see because those can cause some serious damage. We usually run biopsies to make sure everything is okay afterwards if it's in the stomach. It most always leaves a mark. We just pulled a quarter from a 3 year old's stomach this week and after 3 days it was completely black and had instead of the shiny coating it generally has, it was a matte finish. The parents put it in the baby book. Lol

Lmaoo I literally LOL'd at why did I have to be a mom today.

My little boy is a "sticker" too. We've had to retrieve a button from way way up his nose with pointy tweezers not too long ago!
Bloody boys!
