baby not moving

So my baby was a very active baby at 19 weeks very strong kicks and all the time now that I've gotten sick I feel baby move maybe twice every three hrs. Or so. Why did my baby stop being so active when I got sick I don't understand I mean like I just felt a kick but I get worried when I don't feel them. Any other mamas experience this?

I've been going through that also and I'm not sick. I feel like maybe they are growing rapidly so maybe they are sleeping more. I really haven't felt my baby as often as I used to, but I happened to wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and it was doing gymnastics in my stomach lol so maybe they're more active when we are asleep?

This is me too. All weekend he's been less active whereas all week he was kicking away! My OB said since it's still early not to worry about constant kicking yet and one day he may be more active than the next. They also have a ton of room right now and still could be super active in there but are taking advantage of all that room so we can't feel them as they dance in their huge space! It's been driving me crazy though! But just know you are not alone :)

Hey

Babies go through growth spurts inside and outside the womb so you will notice movements very regular and strong for some days and for a few days not so much ad long as you still feel your baby regular through the day it's normal

He's probably tired from kicking up a storm and now having a growth spurt and resting a little more.

For example

If I feel baby every 2 hours just a few nudges and every 3 or 4 hours I'd feel a moment of movement like a few minutes of kicks and punches etc. Then for like 2 or 3 days I feel just nudges here and there every 2 or 3 hours and no moments of movement or only one or 2 moments of movement a day this is " growth spurt" that is how my Dr explained it to me when I was a ftm

If you don't feel anything all day go into your Dr
