Oh no! That is terrible. Wash and sanitize EVERYTHING. All of the toys, bottles, utensils, everything. Any thing that goes in the mouth needs to be immediately sanitized after. Be very diligent about it. If you are nursing maybe you should be on nystatin too? When we had it DD took nystatin orally and after every time I nursed I put some on my nipples. I wasn't prescribed it. But I did wash EVERYTHING, ALL the time. Like if she had a binky and spit it out. I'd wash it and give her a new one.
I tossed out all his nipples and pacifiers and bought him new ones. I'm not breast feeding but exclusively pumping. I boiled all his bottles, nipples, all my pump supplies and pacifiers. And I will for sure wash every pacifier after being used. It sucks so bad. He puts his hands in his mouth a lot now, would a baby wipe be fine to just clean them with or no?
Baby probiotics! The medicine helped for my son but the probiotics did the trick! You can get it at the store! But I bought ours off amazon. My son was ff and I just added it to his bottle.

You could try that. Not sure about hands. How old is your LO?
Ciara·
He will be 3 months on the 22nd.

Hmm. Were you prescribed nystatin? And if so maybe there is something else that might work?

Did you get properly treated?
Ciara·
The first time was nystatin.
Second time was Fluconazole.
And now nystatin again.
I wonder if there is anything different they can prescribe him.

@kay do I need to be treated for it although I'm not nursing?

Yes you do. You're pumping right?
You are probably passing the yeast from your nipples and body back to baby.
If you haven't been treated at all then yes, I would think that's the cause. You should have been given a pill such as Fluconazle.
Here's a good article about it for exclusively pumping moms:
