I started noticing greys in my mid 20s. Im 34 now and have quite a few. Theyvare kinda spread out though, so not so noticeable. My mom and my grandma were both fully grey before their 40s, so I assume its genetic.

My sister ha had grey hairs since we were young. I mean, pre pubescent. But yes greying is a genetic thing at its base. Long times of excessive stress can also add to it.
