My baby is now in the 23rd percentile which dropped from 32nd percentile four weeks ago. I'm 24 weeks. He also has docichocephaly. I am so worried and nervous. By my doctor said the same thing that as long as he doesn't go below ten it's okay. So nerve wracking. Good luck to you and your baby!!

I found out unexpectedly that my son was measuring in the 1st percentile at nearly 37 weeks. I was induced at exactly 37 weeks and he did really well. No NICU stay, no health problems, just a skinny little thing. We have struggled getting him caught up in growth, but he is finally on the charts in all his measurements :)

Though it's stressful, it is really great that they caught this early and can monitor baby's growth. It's very possible that you just have a little baby who will sit on the lower end of the charts but stay cooking right up until your due date :) I just wanted to pass on my story to show that these little munchkins can do really well. !y third was in the 11'th percentile most of the time. She dipped to the 9'th @ 28 weeks, so I got weekly BPP's , NST's, & every 3 weeks a growth scan. She was born @ 38+2, 6 lbs 3 oz of utter, healthy perfection. They told me if she dipped below 4%, or if she failed any of the tests, I'd have to be induced, but that some babies are just small. Someone has to be at that percentile. Good luck, I hope your outcome is like mine. All the scans are awesome! I loved seeing her every week, the ultrasound tech was actually super close in her size estimations- she was 2 oz off.

My 3 boys were all under 10th percentile.

My youngest was 3rd percentile and perfectly healthy.

I didn't deliver any of them passed 37 weeks exactly as precautionary measures
