I'm letting my girl fall asleep on her own! I usually have to feed her to sleep, and rock her. Well..she was being fussy while I was trying to rock her to sleep so I just laid her down in her crib. I'm on the other side of the room in the glider just hanging out. She's quiet. No more fussing, kicking, arms flailing...I'm actually a little nervous to go over to her crib and peek in. First sight of mommy, and she's awake! Lol wish me luck, this would be the first night she fell asleep on her own!!!!

Tonight was our first night putting him down to fall asleep on his own too.. Hes been out 3 hours already so sending sleepy dust your way!!

That's how it worked for us! One night he just wouldn't settle so I laid him down and ever sense he's fallen asleep on his own ? hopefully the night goes well momma!

Good stuff!! All in baby steps lol!! We started this a few weeks ago but it's been easy because Nadya will take the soother so she doesn't fuss too much!! I don't go anywhere without her precious soother now lol

Same here Emilie! It was almost sad for me bc he didn't want to snuggle or be rocked. He gets super annoyed and just wants to lay down in his own space. He falls right to sleep ?

Well she slept 11 hours undisturbed!!! Yayyy!! That's how her schedule usually is, but I've been having to hold her and let her fall asleep on me. I've been dreading the day, that she cant do that anymore. But there were no tears and she did great!!
